Final interviews at BPO School took place in Gulistan

On January 22, 2022, the final interviews were held in Gulistan as part of the recruitment to the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) School for those who want to get a job in a BPO-company.

BPO School is a special school for learning how to work in the logistics industry.  In this school, applicants will undergo a monthly training and study the features of working in a BPO-company.

A total of 168 applications were received, of which 56 people passed the first stage.  27 people passed the final interview.  The main selection criteria were knowledge of the English language and communication skills, which are vital for BPO specialists.

After completing training at the BPO School, the top 5 students will have an internship at a BPO-company in Tashkent.

Recall that BPO is business process outsourcing, that is, when certain business processes are given for execution to a third party.  For example, a foreign organization may need an IT specialist, designer or lawyer.  The organization can find a specialist from abroad and the specialist will provide his services for the company for outsourcing, while being in his native country.

*BPO School students will be trained to provide logistics services.

The salary of BPO-specialists in the field of logistics starts from $300-$400.  Further, with the effective implementation of her tasks and KPI, she can reach $3,000 - $4,000.
