In Fergana, the final interviews were held as part of the recruitment process at the BPO School

Not so long ago, we announced the start of recruitment for a BPO-company.  And on January 13, 2022, final interviews were held in the Fergana region with those wishing to find a job in an opening BPO company.







A total of 150 applications were received, of which 50 people passed the first stage.  22 people passed the final interview.

The interviews were conducted by IT Park Director Farhod Ibragimov, Revochain Technology Director Nodir Turdimatov, IT Park branch Director in Jizzakh Nazira Mukhitdinova, IT-Academy Director in Tashkent Dmitry Ten, IT-Academy Project Manager Konstantin Kim.

One of the main selection criteria was knowledge of the English language and the level of communication skills.






Note that before starting work in the company, 22 people who have passed the final interview will begin a month-long preparatory training at the BPO School.  There, the guys will study the nuances of the logistics sector and prepare for active working days.

The best 5 students will go to Tashkent for an internship at a BPO-company.




The advantage of BPOs is that you don't have to be an IT-specialist to provide IT-services.  Any service provided via the Internet abroad is considered an export of IT-services, that is, BPO.  And it does not matter whether this service was provided by an accountant or a designer.

We emphasize that in March BPO companies will be opened in Fergana, Syrdarya and Khorezm.  Each month, companies will open in different regions of Uzbekistan.  Subsequently, BPO-companies will operate in every region of the country.

BPO-companies will increase the export of IT-services and provide young people with the opportunity to earn money while being in their region, while working with foreign countries.
