IT Center was opened in Jizzakh region!

In order to implement the third of the "Five initiatives" of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aimed at creation of conditions for wide and effective use of computer technology by the population and the youth, attraction of youth to entrepreneurship in the field of information technology, Ministry for development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced the creation of conditions for wide and effective use of computer technology by the population, especially youth.

 

On August 29, 2020, the IT Center started its activity in Sharaf-Rashidov district of Jizzakh region.
At the opening ceremony of the training centre hakim of Sharaf-Rashidov district, M. Holbutaev, the chief of regional management in Jizzakh region and V. B. Kurbonov, adviser to the IT Park Dj. Parthasarthi and the hero of Uzbekistan Parda Ziyatov attended. The participants of the celebration noted that the IT Center will serve the development of local youth in the field of information and communication technologies.
In total, the IT Center has 28 classrooms, a cyberspace training hall and a robotic training complex, equipped in a modern style and designed for 250 people.

 

This IT Center offers courses such as:

- Computer literacy;

- In-depth work with MS Office;

- Web programming languages;

- Basics of graphics and design;

- Creating mobile apps;

- The Python programming language;

- Mobile robotics based on Arduino and LEGO Mindstorms;

- As well as cybersports: CS:GO, Dota 2, FIFA 20.

 

IT Centers will become a kind of springboard for young people of Uzbekistan who want to develop in the field of IT and make this sphere the main source of income.

To date, 47 IT Centers have been opened in the country. By the end of 2021, it is planned to open 188 IT Centers throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan.
