The event also hosted more than 80 seminars where participants exchanged expertise with industry leaders and discussed advanced solutions for challenges in customer service and contact center operations.
As part of the exhibition, the IT Park delegation delivered a presentation for the attendees, providing an in-depth overview of business operations in Uzbekistan. Alongside support programs and a favorable business climate, special attention was drawn to the country’s multilingual talent pool. Discussions focused on potential cooperation in areas such as implementing cloud solutions, IT consulting, and launching joint projects targeting new markets from Uzbekistan. An agreement was reached for 8x8 representatives to visit Uzbekistan next year to explore the country’s business environment. These initiatives are expected to create new opportunities for IT service exports and strengthen Uzbekistan’s position in the global technology market.
Diabolocom
The French company Diabolocom, specializing in software solutions for contact centers, held discussions with IT Park regarding the benefits of membership and the tax incentives offered in Uzbekistan. These measures create attractive conditions for reducing operational costs and focusing on business scaling.
