IT Park with EPAM Systems held a master class for HR specialists

On November 12 of this year, in the Tashkent branch of the IT Park under the leadership of IT Park in partnership with one of the largest IT companies in the world EPAM Systems, as well as more than 30 representatives of resident companies, a master class was held for HR specialists to exchange practical knowledge and  experience.  

The main participants of the event were Niladri Roy, a specialist from the USA and EPAM Systems Vice President for Programs and Technologies, Oksana Prokhorchuk, HR Director of EPAM Systems Representative Office in Belarus, heads of IT Park, as well as more than 30 representatives of resident companies.

During the master class, the issue of the lack of highly qualified specialists in the field of information technology in the era of mass digitalization of industries was raised.  Speakers and guests of the event shared their views on current trends in personnel management, on providing effective HR solutions for attracting experienced specialists and ways to retain them in the company.

Oksana Prokhorchuk told how to can win the “war” for the brightest talents and become the best company for  employees.  Attendees were also able to learn how the EPAM talent management ecosystem is built and how the HR managers of this company cope with the tasks of recruiting and improving the efficiency of employees in such a difficult time.

By the end of the seminar, the participants had the opportunity to ask the speakers all their questions about HR solutions, which are aimed at improving and stimulating the activity of IT specialists in Uzbekistan.

These events allow company leaders to develop, work on their mistakes and contribute to the growth of the potential of employees.  The participants of the master class noted the positive aspects of holding such meetings and in the future such events were suggested to be organized more .
