Minister of ICT met with IT professionals in Khorezm

Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov visited the IT Park branch as part of a business trip to Khorezm region.

During the visit, Sherzod Khotamovich got acquainted with the conditions created in the regional IT Park for youth and IT specialists and got acquainted with their work.  The parties exchanged views on the further development of IT Park activities and discussed plans and projects planned for the near future.

The Minister of ICT also got familiarized with the newly created IT Academy in the IT Park building and gave his recommendations for the development of the institution and the companies operating in it.

To date, 17 enterprises registered as residents of IT Park in Khorezm region. There are 9 resident enterprises in the IT Park building itself.  As a result of the work done to support local IT companies and create the necessary conditions for them, more than 150 new jobs have been created in the IT Park building, and youth employment has been ensured.
