Startup Advice: significance of customer experience in creating startup

On January 27 at 18:00, the Tashkent branch of IT Park will host a Startup Advice on the topic "The basics of customer experience and why it is important when creating an IT startup."

The speaker—Alexey Ivanov, founder and head of the Customer Experience Lab, who will speak about what customer experience is and why one needs to think about it from the very beginning of the development of information systems and software.

Participants will learn how to accurately predict user emotions at the design stage, long before they have the opportunity to interview real customers.  Students will also learn about the experience of Russian and international companies, including well-known brands (HeadHunter, Bosch, Sberbank, Gazprombank, Alfa-Bank, VTB, Rolf, Sportmaster, Petrovich, PEK) and small IT startups.

The session will proceed in Russian. Entry is free.

Alexey Ivanov is a Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology graduate, author of the course “Customer Experience Management” on the Coursera platform, as well as other educational seminars and trainings, a regular participant, speaker and host of key industry conferences;

Since 1999, he has been working in the field of Internet marketing and attracting customers via the Internet.  He was one of the first in Russia to start doing UX research and improving website usability.  Since 2018, he has been conducting customer experience research, on the basis of which leading Russian companies improve their service, improving the financial results of their business.
