Strengthening the HR Brand: The "Leaders" Program at IT Park Uzbekistan as a Platform for Growth and Transformation

IT Park Uzbekistan continues to systematically develop the internal potential of its team, reinforcing its HR brand through the "Leaders" initiative. This program has become a platform for personal growth, leadership, and the exchange of experiences. It aims not only to enhance business processes but also to foster a robust corporate culture and elevate the employer’s reputation.

Outcomes of the Third Session

Merely 10 days after the previous meeting, participants of the program demonstrated significant progress. They presented the outcomes of their work, clarified objectives for the upcoming period, and defined key performance indicators (KPIs), thereby reaffirming their commitment to the development of IT Park and their determination to implement substantive changes.

Each project presentation served not merely as a report; but as a substantial contribution to the transformation of the company's internal environment. Among the initiatives presented were:

  • Employee Motivation System (Co-pilot Sevara Khidoyatova, Project Leader: Makhliyo Muksinova)
  • Performance Management (Co-pilot Shakhzoda Imamalieva, Project Leader: Ra’no Khamidova)
  • Implementation of Competency Model (Project Leader: Ra’no Khamidova)
  • Meeting Space Development (Co-pilot Kurbanov Rustam, Project Leader: Jamila Khalibaeva)
  • Event Effectiveness Assessment (Co-pilot Asror Agzamov, Project Leader: Jakhongir Radjabov)
  • Enterprise Uzbekistan Project as a Driver of Large-Scale Change (Project Leader: Amir Mardiev)
  • Daily Project (Co-pilot Jasur Mubashirov, Project Leader: Bekzod Umirzakov)

These initiatives have a direct impact on corporate culture, employee satisfaction, and team efficiency — critical factors in cultivating a strong HR brand.

Goal Setting as the Foundation of Leadership

The fourth session was dedicated to setting a super goal using the adapted methodology by Timur Yadgarov. This tool assists participants in not only articulating their ambitions but also in crafting a strategic action plan with well-defined priorities and measurable metrics. This approach is a crucial step in developing conscious, motivated leaders who contribute to fostering a culture of accountability and results orientation within the organization.

The Next Step — Scaling Success

Participants are now advancing to the next stage: implementing expert recommendations, achieving the established KPIs, and scaling the successful solutions. The “Leaders” program underscores that investment in the professional development of personnel is, in essence, an investment in the company’s sustainable future.

The “Leaders” program stands as one of the fundamental instruments for advancing IT Park Uzbekistan’s HR brand. Through the unwavering dedication, proactivity, and high level of motivation exhibited by its participants, IT Park positions itself as a modern, evolving, and innovation-driven employer.
