Representatives of IT Park continue to visit different regions of the republic in order to tell students about educational opportunities in the IT field.
On May 17, the chief managers for educational projects of IT Park Ilkhom Juraev and Sirojiddin Saifuddinov, as well as the chief manager of the international IT certification department of IT Park Avaz Umirzakov visited two regions at once - Navoi and Bukhara.
In particular, trainings were held at the Bukhara State University and the Navoi State Pedagogical University, where IT Park staff told students about international IT certificates and the benefits of studying on the Coursera educational platform, which helps to learn IT and master the necessary skills under the guidance of leading experts from the best IT companies and universities in the world.
University students also learned that they can get reimbursed up to 50% of the amount spent on obtaining Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Coursera, Oracle, Cybersecurity and other international IT certifications.
On the same day, trainings were held in IT Park branches for managers and residents of the organization. At the session, they were told about the possibilities of the Coursera platform, international IT certificates and the COP project .
Similar seminars are expected to be held in other cities of the republic.
Recall that the program, within which you can receive up to 50% compensation of the amount spent on obtaining an international IT certificate, was launched by IT Park with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
In order to receive compensation you must:
- be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan between the ages of 14 and 30;
- fill out an online application on the electronic portal www.my.gov.uz ;
- attach the necessary documents (copy of receipt of expenses, copy of IT-certificate);
- if the applicant is under 16 years of age, when filling out the application, you will need to indicate the details of the parents / guardians;

To receive compensation, you must submit an application no later than 180 days from the date of receipt of the certificate.
