IT Park editorials: what to read in a spare time?

IT Park was established in 2019, exactly three years ago, at the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Over the years of its existence, IT Park has turned from a small organization into the largest IT hub in Central Asia. It makes a huge contribution to the development of the startup ecosystem, the growth of local IT companies, and the popularization of IT education. It has a significant impact on the development of high-tech industry and the creation of an IT culture and IT community in Uzbekistan.

In addition to holding various events and projects aimed at the progress of the IT industry, one can also note the information work carried out by the organization.

Every day, the creative team of IT Park prepares news from the world of information technology in Uzbekistan and not only, acquaints readers with the events that take place in the IT industry and talks about the success of IT specialists.

So, since the beginning of 2022, the “History of an IT Specialist” column has started, where readers are introduced to the stories of young IT specialists in Uzbekistan, who, despite their age, have achieved great success in their work and good earnings. These young talents prove that loving what you do and hard work can lead a person to great victories.

In May 2022, IT Park launched an up-to-date column dedicated to IT specialists who relocated to Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the project, the interviewees tell what prompted them to move, why they chose Uzbekistan specifically, whether they had to face difficulties during the first time of their stay in the new territory (for example, red-tape, difficulties with registration etc.). ). In addition, the guests of the project share their impressions about the country and local people and tell what they liked and did not like in Tashkent, what cities they managed to visit, and, of course, their appreciation for delicious Uzbek cuisine.

In July, IT Park’s creative team launched the Startup Story column about startup projects that took part in the AloqaTech Lab program. Startupers shared the history of the project's creation: what inspired them to create such a product, how they started their work on the project, what difficulties awaited them at the initial stages, future plans to promote and develop the projects and also gave their own advice to novice startup founders.

IT Park adheres to the position that there is no gender discrimination in the IT sector. Everyone no matter their gender can build the career in this industry.

Since the Startup Story column was successful among subscribers, in September IT Park launched a similar one called Female Startup. This time we decided to talk about startups that were initiated and launched by females. The purpose is to convey to the public that girls and women can equally build a career in this industry. Well, the stories of these girls are definitely a proof:
